This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Zenithosys ("we," "us," or "our") may issue refunds for purchases made through our online masterclass platform. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
General Refund Terms
We strive to provide exceptional online education experiences. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our students and our expert instructors.
Eligibility Period
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund except in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
Course Access Limitation
To be eligible for a refund, you must have accessed less than 30% of the course content. If you have viewed or downloaded more than 30% of the masterclass materials, your purchase is considered final and non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items and circumstances are not eligible for refunds:
- Purchases made more than 14 days prior to the refund request
- Courses where more than 30% of content has been accessed
- Downloadable resources that have been downloaded or accessed
- Certificate programs where a certificate has been issued
- Promotional or discounted purchases during special sales events
- Gift card purchases or gift card redemptions
- Subscription renewals if notice of cancellation was not provided before the renewal date
- Third-party services or tools integrated with our platform
Subscription Services
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. If you cancel your monthly subscription, you will retain access to all subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of the month.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days of the initial purchase date, provided less than 30% of available content has been accessed. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent future renewals.
Cancellation Process
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for subsequent periods.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at support@zenithosys.com
- Include your order number or transaction ID
- Provide the email address associated with your account
- Clearly state the reason for your refund request
- Submit your request within the eligible timeframe
Our support team will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
Refund Processing
Payment Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot process refunds to different payment methods or accounts.
Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, please allow:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- Digital Wallets: 3-7 business days
- Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days depending on your financial institution
Currency and Exchange Rates
Refunds will be issued in the original transaction currency. If exchange rates have fluctuated since your purchase, the amount credited may differ from the amount originally charged in your local currency due to bank or payment processor conversion rates.
Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties accessing course content due to platform errors or system failures on our end, please contact our support team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. If we cannot resolve technical problems within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a full refund regardless of the standard refund period.
Technical issues caused by your own equipment, internet connection, or incompatible software are not grounds for a refund.
Course Modifications
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue course content at any time. If substantial changes are made to a course you have purchased that materially affect the learning outcomes advertised at the time of purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of being notified of such changes.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that extraordinary situations may arise. In cases of serious illness, family emergencies, or other significant hardships, we may consider refund requests outside our standard policy. Such requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are granted at our sole discretion.
Documentation may be required to support exceptional circumstance claims.
Bundle and Package Purchases
If you purchase a bundle or package containing multiple courses, the refund policy applies to the bundle as a whole, not to individual courses within the bundle. Partial refunds for specific courses within a bundle are not available.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution without first contacting us to resolve the issue, your account will be immediately suspended. We encourage you to contact our support team to address any concerns before pursuing a chargeback.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and legal action to recover costs.
Account Termination
If your account is terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service, you forfeit any right to a refund for current or past purchases. No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated for policy violations, fraudulent activity, or abusive behavior.
